What I know, from having the privilege of being his friend – something that is beyond all the good words and deeds you’ll find in those sources – is that Auret van Heerden has that rare and truly beautiful combination: a brave heart and an evolved soul.
We need such inspirational figures in our lives. Whether we know people like Auret personally or only by reputation doesn’t really matter: our world is a little brighter and more hopeful just for the knowledge that they exist in this world, living the change that we want to see.
